Motion Graphics Designer – Job Description Position : Motion Graphics Designer Location : Bengaluru Employment Type : Full-time Experience Level : Entry/Mid Level Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our design/marketing/content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to create visually engaging animations and graphics for digital media, advertisements, social platforms, presentations, and branded content. Key Responsibilities Design and animate compelling motion graphics for videos, social media, and web platforms. Work closely with the creative, video, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through animation. Develop storyboards, concepts, and visual styles for projects. Edit and composite video content using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro. Create animated typography, logo stings, transitions, and explainer videos. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all animations. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Stay up-to-date with design trends and animation techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications ~2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation. ~ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). ~ Experience in 2 D animation; 3 D (Cinema 4 D/Blender) is a plus. ~ Strong understanding of design principles, composition, timing, and visual storytelling. ~ Good sense of typography, color, and layout. ~ Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. ~ Strong attention to detail and ability to take creative feedback. Preferred (But Not Mandatory)Experience in video editing and sound syncing. Familiarity with UI animations and interactive design. Experience working with brands or agencies.
