Having grown from a team of 5 to 150+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15 countries and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in first three years of operations. We are looking to onboard a Junior Product Executive to support our New Product Development (NPD) function. documentation, and daily project tracking to ensure timely execution of product development This is a full-time position best suited for someone with strong multitasking abilities Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Purchase, QC, PPC, Stores, for NPD activities ● Maintain and regularly update detailed project trackers ● Manage all documentation related to NPD – BOMs, part codes, packaging, and Support the marketing team with technical inputs for product specs and training Assist in packaging development to ensure durability and quality in transit ● Help organize internal training sessions for Sales, Marketing, B2 B, and Offline teams ● Handle daily follow-ups, meeting notes, and support in ad-hoc product team tasks Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management ● 0–1 year of experience (internships included) in product, manufacturing, or operations ● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools ● Interest or experience in cycling will be an added advantage
