About You: To succeed in this position, you will need to have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads. You should also be proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and have a proven track record of designing and launching successful paid campaigns. Furthermore, you should be able to analyze data and metrics to inform your decision-making and optimize campaign performance. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively is also essential, as you will need to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
