About the Role We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Hogan Platform Specialists . As a Hogan Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and integrating Hogan modules. You will work with our global and India-based teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking systems, including loans, deposits, and online delivery systems. They will also have expertise in the Hogan core banking platform, with experience working with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. Key skills required for this role include: Strong technical skills : Expertise in the Hogan core banking platform, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. Excellent communication skills : Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, both globally and within India. Proven problem-solving skills : Experience in resolving complex technical issues and delivering high-quality solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / IT is preferred.
