Job Description – Technical Writer/Author Responsibilities: Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation in alignment with organizational standards. Knowledge on service manuals and Instauration documentation (Automotive Domain). Create technical content using predefined templates based on change analysis inputs. Source information from various materials such as proprietary documents, engineering drawings, and training manuals, and format it according to organizational guidelines. Review existing documentation and implement creative solutions to enhance content quality and usability. Analyze differences between base and updated products using specification sheets and Bill of Materials (Bo M). Collaborate with illustrators to finalize documentation and conduct thorough quality checks before release. Mandatory Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts. Good understanding of electrical and electronic components and circuitry. Familiarity with automotive systems and terminology. Commitment to delivering high-quality output with a "first-time-right" mindset.
