Required Skills & Experience: • Proven work experience as an Database administrator on SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL • Strong understanding of database security and compliance standards. • Experience in deploying and maintaining high availability database systems • Experience with database design and normalization. • Familiarity with indexing, partitioning, and query optimization. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. • Ability to work with complex data models and object-relational database mapping Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in Database Administration (e.g., DP-300 or similar), • Experience in migration of databases from OnPrem to cloud. • Exposure to database administration tools including configuration, monitoring, optimization, performance etc. • Understanding of complex database architectures.
