Job Description

Role Objective To lead and drive the strategic growth and profitability of the Long-Haul FIT business by developing innovative products, strengthening supplier relationships, optimizing pricing and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Purpose of Role: To strategically lead and grow the Long-Haul FIT business by curating personalized travel experiences, driving revenue and profitability, managing supplier networks across key international destinations, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey. The role is pivotal in aligning product innovation, sales enablement and service delivery to meet evolving customer expectations in the long-haul travel segment, while strengthening the organization’s position as a preferred travel partner for premium independent travelers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Long-Haul FIT business in line with organizational goals. Own the P&L for the Long Haul vertical and ensure top-line and bottom-line performance. Define and drive the product portfolio, market positioning and pricing strategy. Curate and manage end-to-end customized itineraries for long haul destinations. Introduce unique travel experiences and partnerships aligned with emerging traveler preferences. Leverage technology and tools to enhance FIT trip planning and booking processes. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective training, product awareness, and conversion. Monitor channel performance (retail, OTA, GSA, corporate leisure, etc.) and optimize for profitability. Identify and pursue opportunities for B2B/B2C expansion in key markets. Build and manage strong supplier relations with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
