Visitor Management Service Executive Republic Media – Noida, Sector 158 (On-site) Republic Media is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Visitor Management Service (VMS) Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum 2-5 years of experience. First point of contact for visitors. Feed data in the VMS Software and obtain approval from the concerned persons for entry of the visitors. Coordinate with Admin/Security for facilitation of guests. Good communication skills. Confident with strong interpersonal skills. Support administration when required. Able to read and communicate effectively in English. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Multitasking ability with keeping cool in pressure situations.
