We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities : Plan, create, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max). Conduct keyword research , audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven decisions. A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize performance. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and visuals. Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets and ensure efficient spend aligned with KPIs. Set up conversion tracking , goals, and events via Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and GA4. Stay updated with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices, and implement them proactively. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to key stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (minimum 4 years). Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization , and digital funnels. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEMrush. Proficiency in campaign budget management and ROI tracking. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Nice to Have : Experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads , or other PPC platforms. Experience in A/B testing platforms like Google Optimize or VWO.
