Job Title

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of test automation frameworks using TOSCA . Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and define effective automation strategies. Oversee TOSCA test case creation, execution, and maintenance for both UI and API layers. Implement test automation best practices and enforce quality standards across projects. Monitor and report test execution results, defects, and quality metrics. Manage TOSCA workspaces, test data, and test configurations. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to QA engineers on TOSCA tools and practices. Drive continuous improvement of test processes and tooling. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in TOSCA automation. Strong expertise in TOSCA test suite , test case design, module creation, and execution. Experience with TOSCA features like TestCaseDesign, TestDataService, and API testing. Proficiency in automated regression testing and test data management. Experience in CI/CD integration with tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with other automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or ReadyAPI. ISTQB or Tricentis certifications. Experience in leading test automation efforts for large-scale enterprise applications. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
