Summary We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Growth Leader to lead our Revenue Growth team. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, tech-savvy sales leader with experience in leveraging Generative AI tools for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and pipeline acceleration. This role will be critical in identifying and nurturing new accounts, driving engagement, and scaling outreach across geographies. Lead a team of 5 Revenue Growth team members. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the team to meet lead generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline growth targets. Design and execute AI-enhanced account-based marketing and outreach strategies using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Lavender, etc. Own the lead funnel—from target account identification, data mining, qualification, reach out, continuous, engagement Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on campaigns, messaging, criteria. Drive continuous adoption of Gen AI tools and automation in outreach personalization, email sequencing, research, and content creation. Implement performance metrics and dashboards to track team productivity, pipeline generation, order booking Engage with target personas across LinkedIn, email, events, and webinars to generate interest and schedule discovery calls. Ideal Candidate Profile 10–15 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or analytics domains. At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with Gen AI tools for sales and marketing productivity Demonstrated success in running ABM campaigns and orchestrating multi-touch outreach programs. Strong team management and performance coaching experience. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling or prospecting in the AI/Analytics/Cloud/Technology services space.
