About Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, the selected candidate will join a team that specializes in global market research and works with top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks by working alongside their product and sector teams and supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. Industry Experience in Healthcare sector is a must. What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Senior Business Analyst will join the investment banking team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in several critical research areas such as follows: Working on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company/M&A screening, newsletter preparation Prepare pitch books, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry/peers valuation multiples, possible buyer/seller opportunities Responsibilities includes training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, delivering error free projects and client communications Allocating projects to team members depending on their industry expertise and skills, resolving their project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables Creating and maintaining databases Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members What we are looking for: Strong Accounting and financial skills Good MS Office Skills Investment Banking Experience in Healthcare sector (Life Science, Healthcare, Pharma etc).
