QA Lead – Salesforce Location – Bangalore/Coimbatore/Mysuru Fulltime Note: Immediate Joiners Preferred Responsibilities Develop and evolve formal QA processes, using industry best practices. Perform all types of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing. Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure test coverage for critical business functions. Set up environments and mock-up data to perform accurate and complete testing. Work with the project team to translate requirements into test cases to ensure complete coverage. Report on test results, including analyzing test data, documenting findings, and reporting on findings. Provide feedback to ensure a final product meets Applier's quality standards Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar, or other relevant automation tools. Continuously explore opportunities to improve test automation coverage and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 8+ years QA Experience. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience performing QA duties in Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Experience with Non-Profit Cloud Experience with Copado DevOps Platform Salesforce Administrator Certification Experience using test automation tools.
