Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality interior design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, vendors, and clients to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically appealing environments that align with the brand and market expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop interior design concepts in line with project requirements and company branding. Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, 3D visualizations, and layouts. Create detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and fit-outs. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site engineers to ensure design integrity. Source and select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor elements. Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality and adherence to design. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovations in interior finishes and furnishings. Work within budget and timelines, ensuring optimal design solutions. Liaise with clients, real estate sales, and marketing teams to align designs with market demand and buyer preferences. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 3–7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in real estate, residential, or commercial sectors. Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong visualization and space planning skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
