Why You’ll Love This Internship Own the canvas: Lead the redesign of our marketing site and product UI from blank artboard to live launch. What You’ll Do Design & prototype – Craft sitemaps, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and clickable prototypes for landing, product, and marketing pages. Translate complexity – Turn intricate financial concepts into clear, intuitive interactions and visuals. Ensure brand consistency – Maintain a cohesive style guide, uphold accessibility standards, and champion UX best practices. Optimize & iterate – QA builds with developers, run A/B tests, mine analytics, and refine flows for higher conversion. Collaborate cross-functionally – Sync daily with engineers, content writers, and founders; present design rationale to stakeholders. You’re a Great Fit If You Have Portfolio power—web or mobile UI/UX projects that show clean layout, hierarchy, and polish. Tool fluency—Figma (primary) plus Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for assets. Responsive mindset—comfortable with grids, breakpoints, and mobile-first thinking. UX chops—familiar with personas, journey maps, and usability testing. Self-starter energy—clear communicator who drives projects without hand-holding. Nice-to-Haves (We’ll Coach the Rest) Digital illustration or motion/interaction design. Fintech or SaaS design exposure. Basic front-end know-how (HTML/CSS) to speak dev’s language.
