Job Purpose Fantastic Job opportunity to join BaaS team as a Program Lead responsible for fostering partner relationship and driving business for digital lending and payments products. There is responsibility to collaborate with Lending Service Providers, FinTech companies, LSP Aggregators and large corporates to generate business digitally and represent BaaS in cross functional meetings. Candidate to seize opportunity to xsell banking products on common digital platform by working in tandem with respective product teams internal to the bank – Product, Car Loans, Credit Cards, Salary Accounts Candidates holding 5-10 years of exposure in managing strategic alliances for assets (secured &unsecured loans), and payments products (credit cards) based out of Bangalore. Key Skills Sales and Influencing Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Communication Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry. Educational Qualifications Graduation: Commerce Post-Graduation: Business Certifications: NA AMFI Certification : Optional IRDA Certification : Optional NCFM Certification: Optional Experience Required (examples listed below) Minimum experience in years – 5 Years + Preferably in driving sales through partnerships and alliances.
