Job Description: Position : Manager - Sales Trainer Location : Mumbai Malad About Us : fo Job Summary The role holder is responsible to align on-boarding, training and regular assessments of the admission team members across GSG to ensure that they are constantly upskilled on sales skills, communication, CRM and product knowledge Key Responsibilities Work closely with the geo specific teams as well as the leadership at GSF to plan regular training sessions for admission counsellors across all campuses. Creating training roadmap to build Individual Capability & develop Organizational Capability Review of training effectiveness and recommendation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions to improve performance. Ensure timely interventions and ongoing development of employees through learning initiative Introduce quality monitoring across the admission team members across GSF Managing the database and training reports for each admission counsellor and campus level teams supported by a seamless feedback mechanism to track progress of efforts directed towards knowledge and skill enhancement. Escalate areas of improvement or concerns based on pre-defined thresholds of acceptable performance metrics so that interventions and support actions are planned accordingly. Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry. Qualifications & Experience Graduate and Diploma or degree in training (Preferred but not mandatory). Good years of experience in training.
