About the Role: As a Data Analyst at CoHyre.ai, you will play a central role in driving data-backed decisions across product, growth, and customer success functions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, measure impact, and enable continuous improvement of our AI-driven recruitment workflows. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and visibility into key business levers. Key Responsibilities: Analyze platform usage, hiring funnel performance, and product interaction data to drive actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across business and product functions. Partner with product and engineering teams to support A/B testing, feature usage analysis, and data-informed decision-making. Work with customer success and growth teams to derive client-specific insights, performance metrics, and ROI narratives. Ensure data cleanliness, structure, and consistency across internal tools and databases. Proficient in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis. Experienced with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau. Strong analytical thinker with the ability to translate raw data into insights that drive decisions. Excellent communication skills, especially in distilling technical findings for non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated, organized, and excited to work in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.
