The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and prior experience in front office or customer-facing roles. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth Assist in managing the front desk operations efficiently, including answering calls and directing inquiries Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain schedules Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and internal teams Support other departments as needed for smooth day-to-day operations Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-groomed, confident, and presentable appearance Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior experience in hospitality or real estate is highly preferred Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
