Experience: 3+ years and above Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore Hybrid : 3 days a week work from office We are looking for a talented and experienced Oracle Retail Systems Specialist with a strong technical background in PLSQL, Shell scripting, ProC, and Oracle Forms. This role requires expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandise Systems (RMS) modules and ReSA (Retail Store Automation) systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to meet business needs. As part of our team, you will work closely with functional and technical teams to support and enhance Oracle Retail applications and ensure their smooth integration with other systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support Oracle Retail Merchandise Systems (RMS) modules, including items, purchase orders, stock ledger, and transfer functionalities. Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide functional expertise on Oracle Retail modules and ensure effective implementation of the systems. Utilize PLSQL, Shell scripting, ProC , and Oracle Forms to perform customization, optimization, and integration tasks within Oracle Retail systems. Ensure seamless integration between RMS modules and ReSA systems , addressing any issues related to data consistency and synchronization. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Oracle Retail applications, providing support for system upgrades and enhancements. Design and implement custom reports and workflows using Oracle Retail tools and technologies. Provide ongoing maintenance and performance tuning for Oracle Retail systems to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and troubleshooting documentation for system changes and upgrades. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and share progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have technical skills in: PLSQL Shell scripting ProC Oracle Forms 3 to 12 years of experience Functional/Product expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandise System (RMS) and ReSA . Strong experience in working with various RMS modules , including items, purchase orders, stock ledger, transfer, and other retail functionalities. Proven ability to integrate Oracle Retail systems with other applications and platforms. Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for Oracle Retail applications. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide updates, and document progress.
