ALTEN India is Hiring: Test Engineer We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our dynamic team working on strategic aerospace projects in collaboration with Airbus. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation testing, scripting, and CI/CD environments, with a passion for quality engineering. Position: Test Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3 to 6 years (preferred) Job Description: As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test automation scripts, identifying and tracking bugs, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous integration and delivery practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript Perform functional and regression testing using Cypress and Selenium Conduct load and performance testing using Locust Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, and JFrog Artifactory Write and execute functional test scenarios based on requirement documents and discussions with developers and product owners Document test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues Required Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript Experience with test automation tools like Cypress and Selenium Exposure to load testing tools like Locust Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, and JFrog Artifactory Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Ability to independently write, execute, and maintain test scenarios and scripts Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with Protractor, TestNG, JUnit, or LoadRunner Familiarity with aerospace or engineering domain projects.
