YODA Accounts manager (40-50K INR, FULLTIME, 6 day week) (location: Faridabad) Company Description Founded in 2010 by four passionate animal lovers, YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) is a registered charity based in Mumbai dedicated to improving human-animal co-existence. YODA is committed to creating a city free from animal cruelty by providing prompt medical services, behavioral rehabilitation, and shelter for homeless animals. The organization also focuses on vaccinating and sterilizing stray dogs and cats to reduce their population and prevent human-animal diseases like rabies. Additionally, YODA promotes education and awareness about animal welfare. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Faridabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with donors, overseeing fundraising initiatives, coordinating with volunteers, and ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include donor engagement, preparing financial reports, organizing events, and developing strategies to increase funding and resources for the organization.
