What You’ll Do: Lead Follow-ups & Closures Engage with warm leads from ads, typeforms, and webinars Help them understand the program, outcomes, and process Drive conversions via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom 2.Consulting & Counselling Understand each lead’s motivation, background, and goals Match them with the right program and address objections Explain ROI, scholarships, placement support, and unique value 3. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate daily updates on CRM (Google Sheets or HubSpot) Share weekly performance reports and insights Team Collaboration Work with marketing to improve lead quality and feedback Support during webinars, info sessions, and events What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years experience in inside sales/admissions (edtech experience is a bonus) Excellent communication in English and Hindi Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills Track record of meeting or beating targets Hustler mindset + ability to work from office daily
