Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager – Bakery at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Service Manager – Bakery will oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities include managing bakery staff, maintaining inventory, developing new baked goods, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves working closely with other departments to create a cohesive dining experience for guests. This position is located in Bengaluru. Qualifications Experience in bakery management, including staff supervision and inventory control Proficiency in developing a variety of baked goods and pastries Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
