Job Title: Associate Manager – Operations Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to drive key engagement operations and strategic initiatives across our delivery organization. This role will support the Manager – Engagements Strategy and work cross-functionally to execute high-impact programs, optimize operational processes, and ensure timely delivery of business-critical outcomes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in service delivery operations, coordinating across teams, and driving program-level execution. Execution excellence, clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective reporting are critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Program & Initiative Management • Drive execution of operational initiatives and engagement-related programs from planning to implementation. • Maintain detailed project plans and track milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies. • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful delivery of priorities. Operational Process Optimization • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance execution and team collaboration. • Document SOPs, process maps, and workflows to standardize and scale internal operations. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (delivery leaders & engagement managers) to ensure process consistency, adherence and governance. • Track action items and ensure follow-through to closure. • Prepare status updates and executive-level summaries on initiative progress. Decision Support & Reporting • Support leadership with relevant data, analysis, and dashboards to enable strategic decision-making. • Translate raw data into actionable insights and structured reports. • Create dashboards and reports that go beyond status updates — offering insight and guidance for decision-making. Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: • 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in service delivery operations. • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail. • Execution excellence – strong planning, proactive ownership, time management, and prioritization skills. • Proficient in project management tools such as , or similar. • Experience in process improvement and documentation. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and lead scalable, process-led problem solving. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Exposure to digital marketing operations (SEO, SEM, CRM) is a plus. • Experience working with leadership or in a strategy/ops capacity.
