The Role: We're seeking a dynamic Finance Associate to independently handle bookkeeping, MIS reporting, invoicing, payments, accounts, financial maker-checker systems, and compliance at Lumov. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, hungry to learn and takes complete ownership of accounting operations. Prior experience with Zoho Books, GST/TDS filings, and managing cash flow is essential. Key Responsibilities: A.  ⁠Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate daily books of accounts using Zoho Books (do migration to Zoho Books as well) Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journals across self accounts and distributors  Track payables and receivables, invoices, delivery challans (own, vendors, distributors, etc.) and ensure all ledgers are up to date B. Payments & Compliance Process payments to vendors, partners, and team members (payroll management) on time, create salary structures ⁠Handle GST, TDS, PT and other statutory filings and compliance work ⁠Coordinate with external consultants for month-end closing and audit readiness Handle petty cash expenses, bank reconciliation, etc.  C. ⁠MIS, Financial Reporting & Cash Flow: Update and maintain MIS dashboards for financial tracking ⁠Monitor and track cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis ⁠Prepare financial reports: P&L, cash flow statements, aging reports, inventory reports etc. ⁠Share key insights and updates with leadership on a regular basis D. Financial Planning & Process Ownership: Assist in budgeting, cost optimization, and implementing financial controls Ensure high accuracy, discipline, and timeliness across all accounting tasks Identify areas for improvement in finance workflows and propose solutions Required Qualifications: Experience : 2 - 5 years of accounting experience Tools : Zoho Books experience is a must Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, invoice management, financial accounting, GST, and TDS and data entry Skills: Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Organized and process-driven approach Bonus : Multi-channel sales of products across offline & online sales channels or inventory-led businesses Start Date: Immediate
