Job Title: OpenText VIM Consultant Location: PAN India Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years (minimum 2 end-to-end VIM implementations) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and client-facing OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading VIM implementations across multiple clients, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and support scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Conduct workshops with Accounts Payable and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and define a solution blueprint for VIM and Vendor Portal implementations. Solution Design & Implementation: Analyze business requirements and design best-practice solutions integrating OpenText VIM and SAP. System Setup: Install and configure Archive Center, Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S), and support SAP Add-on installations with Basis team. Configuration: Configure VIM settings, document types, workflows, data capture mechanisms, and SAP-VIM integration. Customization: Coordinate with ABAP developers to implement any required customizations. Integration: Collaborate with the Vendor Portal team for SAP and VIM integration. Testing: Prepare functional test scenarios, test scripts, and conduct testing including UAT support and issue resolution. Cutover & Go-Live Support: Define cutover strategy and ensure smooth transition and hyper-care support post-Go Live. Documentation & Training: Maintain thorough project documentation and deliver training to end users as needed. Qualifications & Experience: Proven client-facing experience with requirement gathering and blueprint design for OpenText VIM implementations. Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of OpenText VIM. Strong hands-on experience with: OpenText VIM, Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S), Business Center SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP MM (Material Management) SAP Business Workflows, ABAP, ICC, Enterprise Scan Document information processing and data capture (paper/electronic) Understanding of tax and legal compliance considerations for VIM in different geographies. Experience designing and implementing VIM with custom Vendor Portal . Experience with VIM upgrades/migrations . Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
