Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in Playwright-based automation testing and deep functional knowledge of the nCino platform . This role is for one of our premier clients in the financial services domain. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation scripts using Microsoft Playwright (TypeScript or JavaScript). Collaborate with functional analysts and QA teams to automate regression and integration test suites. Understand business workflows and functionalities of nCino (Bank Operating System) on Salesforce. Validate nCino customizations, workflows, and configurations via automation and manual QA processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and Salesforce administrators. Participate in sprint planning, defect triage, and provide daily/weekly status updates. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with at least 2+ years in Playwright automation . Strong programming/scripting skills in JavaScript/TypeScript . Hands-on experience working with nCino – understanding of LOS (Loan Origination System), credit memo, covenants, etc. Familiarity with Salesforce platform – understanding of data models, workflows, and UI components. Experience in CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Good understanding of Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Salesforce or nCino is a plus. Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools. Experience in banking or financial services domain.
