The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic planning and seamless execution across digital, print, and offline channels including digital marketing, CRM, website management, ATL/BTL campaigns, and agency coordination. The role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of the market and consumer behavior, and the ability to deliver measurable results within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire marketing team including digital, CRM, website, and creative teams. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals across online and offline channels. Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities including print media, hoardings, banners, posters, television ads, newspaper ads, and on-ground promotions. Ensure timely and flawless execution of all marketing campaigns and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns. Oversee CRM initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Supervise website content, regular updates, performance tracking, and UX enhancements. Analyze and report the effectiveness of campaigns with an ROI-driven approach. Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences to refine strategies. Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact. Represent the brand in industry events and forums as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage cross-functional marketing teams and multiple projects. Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, website platforms, and print/offline branding. Deep experience in print campaigns, media buying, TV/radio advertising, hoardings, POS materials, and promotions. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Up-to-date with latest marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.
