About the Role: We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Market Research Analyst (Primary research) to join our insights and strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in Psychology, Social Sciences, Science, or Mathematics, and hands-on experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative primary research. This role requires someone who enjoys deep dives into consumer behavior, designing research methodologies, engaging with respondents, and deriving insights that influence strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design and Execute Primary Research: Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies tailored to project goals. Qualitative Research: Conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, observational studies, etc. Quantitative Research: Design study, structure questionnaires, plan and coordinate fieldwork, and support in statistical analysis. Insight Generation: Analyze raw data, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights. Report Development: Prepare detailed and executive-level research reports and presentations with clear storytelling. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, marketing, design, and business teams to align research findings with business goals. Project Management: Coordinate timelines, field resources, vendors, and budgets related to research initiatives. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, or Sciences (mandatory) Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in primary research (both qualitative and quantitative) Exposure to fieldwork, moderation, and survey management Knowledge of data collection platforms and analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS, MS Excel, etc.) Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to distill complex findings into simple narratives Comfort with working independently and within cross-functional teams Using AI in Market Research Good to Have: Familiarity with design thinking or behavioral science frameworks Experience in consumer, UX, or brand research Use of tools like NVivo, Dovetail, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Why Join Us?
