Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for better results, and collaborating with the creative team to drive business growth. The role involves daily tracking of campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to achieve marketing objectives and reporting. Qualifications Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, and optimizing performance Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze performance data Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Experience in the creative industry is a plus Mail us Your Google & meta Certifictions  Work from Office Monday to Saturday 10:30AM to 6:30PM  2 Rounds of Interview (Face 2 Face, If Candidate is out of station we can arrange for 1st round Google meet) CTC - (2.5 -3 LPA)  Location - Attigupe, Bengaluru  Languages - Kannada & English must  mail us at -
