We're hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the charge in building our next-gen Saa S cloud platform. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. We're looking for a hands-on, strategic engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, scale, and execution . You’ll own the design and delivery of a resilient, low-latency, cloud-native platform, architecting solutions that leverage AWS, event-driven architectures, and serverless technologies . From building high-performance APIs and intelligent infrastructure to optimizing Dev Ops, security, and developer workflows—you'll shape the future of our technology stack. What you’ll do: Define and execute platform architecture and engineering strategy Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams Build scalable cloud systems using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform Drive continuous delivery, Ia C, automation, observability, and cloud cost optimization Champion engineering excellence, agile practices, and technical documentation Integrate modern tech including AI automation, real-time streaming, and edge computing What we’re looking for: 15+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading teams (incl. managers) Deep experience with cloud-native Saa S, event streaming (Kafka/Kinesis), serverless Strong in Python, Go, or Java; hands-on architecture & code reviews Expertise with container orchestration (Docker/K8s), CI/CD, and cloud security You’ll work in a product-first environment with real autonomy, budget ownership, and a seat at the table to influence long-term technical direction.
