The lead will ensure efficient data exchange processes, manage a team of support professionals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Primary Skill: EDI, IBM Sterling, GentranResponsibilities● Lead and manage the EDI support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless data exchange.● Oversee daily checks and maintenance of EDI systems using IBM Sterling integration to ensure optimal performance.● Investigate and resolve complex EDI transaction failures, providing guidance and support to the team.● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to EDI processes.● Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and system performance.● Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills● Extensive experience with Gentran mapping and EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.● Experience in IBM Sterling integration● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.● Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.● Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills● Familiarity with SAP integration processes and technologies.● Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.● Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.● Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
