Fluency inHindiis essential for this role.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about products. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with sales teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and inquiries, and close potential sales. Provide post-sales support and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.Key Requirements: Education:Minimum [High School/Graduate] qualification. Experience:[0-2 years] of experience in tele calling or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Language Proficiency:Must be fluent inHindi ; proficiency in English or any regional language is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
