Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficientElectrical Engineerwith3 years of experiencein the field ofpump and motor service , includinginstallation, testing, and commissioningat industrial or power plant sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of electrical equipment and field instrumentation and be capable of independently handling site execution activities and customer interactions.Key Responsibilities: Responsible forinstallation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshootingofelectrical motors and control panelsassociated with pumps at various customer sites. PerformIR/PI testing, phase sequence verification, no-load/full-load testing , and motor alignment with mechanical teams. HandleVFD panel settings, interlock checking, and wiring confirmationduring installation. Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and customer teams during field work. Prepare and submitdaily reports, service documentation, inspection checklists , and commissioning protocols. Support after-sales service activities, warranty jobs, and training at customer sites. Maintain tools, test kits, and equipment in ready condition.Required Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of field experiencein electrical systems related to pump and motor installation Working knowledge of: Induction motor characteristics and control Power and control wiring VFDs and starters (DOL, Star-Delta, Soft Starters) Motor testing procedures (IR, PI, No-load test) Ability to readsingle-line diagrams (SLD)and electrical drawings Hands-on withmultimeter, megger, clamp meter, IR tester , etc. Familiarity with safety practices,earthing, PPE usage , and basic site HSE protocolsPreferred Skills: Experience in thermal power plants, Gas plants, industrial sites Basic understanding of mechanical alignment (preferred)Soft Skills: Good communication and documentation skills Willing to travel extensively Team player and customer-oriented mind-set Proactive problem-solving attitude
