With a powerful combination of deep sports insight and robust tech, Building a grassroots movement for fitness and sport in India — and redefining how Indians play, train, and grow.Key Responsibilities Partner with sports academies, fitness centers, grounds, and coaches into our network Own the complete property acquisition cycle: site discovery, evaluation, pitch, negotiation, and closure Ensure high conversion rate of leads into live, revenue-generating partnerships Structure and scale franchise-based models for training centers and facilities Roll out franchise SOPs and support systems to ensure seamless partner onboarding and brand consistency Conduct market research to assess local demand, competition, and partner suitability Engage with vendors, developers, and real estate partners to identify and secure strategic locations Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded partners and franchisees Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, finance, tech) for partner go-lives and ongoing success Travel extensively as required to meet aggressive supply expansion targetsWhat We’re Looking For 8–12 years of relevant experience in supply acquisition, franchise development, retail expansion, or property onboarding. Must have hands-on experience inconversion-focused roles . Experience in setting up stores, academies, or franchise units. High comfort with travel and on-ground work. Strong negotiation, relationship building, and business acumen. Experience in sports, fitness, QSR, or multi-location retail operations is astrong plus .
