Client Engagement:Conduct impactful sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to build trust and secure deals. Customized Solutions:Develop tailored proposals by deeply understanding client requirements and aligning them with Accordible’s service offerings. Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed individual and team monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. CRM & Reporting:Accurately manage and update Zoho CRM records, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts. Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery. Client Relationship Management:Maintain regular communication post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and exploring upselling opportunities. Sales Pipeline Management:Continuously monitor, analyze, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress and accurate forecasting. Performance Management:Regularly track and evaluate self and team KPIs and KRAs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Team Support & Mentoring:Guide, mentor, and support junior team members to achieve collective goals and personal growth.WHAT YOU BRING ✅ 3-5 years of demonstrated success in end-to-end B2B sales (experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, or similar sectors highly preferred). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of meeting targets, managing sales pipelines, and delivering results. Proactive and solution-driven approach, with the ability to independently manage the sales lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
