Job DescriptionWe are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive (US Healthcare – Medical Billing process) for both freshers and 1 year of experience. Candidate will be responsible for managing AR functions, following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving insurance denials, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for US healthcare clients.Perform insurance and patient follow-up on outstanding claims and balances.Analyze and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections.Ensure timely submission and tracking of claims to insurance payers.Maintain documentation for follow-ups, payments, and resolutions.Work closely with internal teams and clients to escalate unresolved issues.Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements.RequirementsExcellent communication skills – written and verbal.Freshers and 1 year of experience in US Healthcare – Medical Billing, particularly in Accounts Receivable.Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes.Proficiency in using medical billing software and MS Office tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job Location: Bengaluru, KarnatakaRequired Education: Any DegreeRequired Language: EnglishJob Types: Full-time, Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthShift Availability: Night Shift – US ShiftExperience: Freshers and 1 Year experience.
