We are proud to have our products available through small and major retailers across North America.The candidate for this position will be working remotely during the operating hours of the business (Toronto Eastern Standard Time) or as specified by the company. Ecommerce Channel Management (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy):Manage day-to-day operations across all major platforms including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotionsOptimize product pages with compelling copy, images, A+ content, SEO keywords, and accurate specificationsEnsure inventory accuracy and fulfillment coordination by working closely with warehouse and logistics teamsHandle platform compliance, backend setup, and troubleshooting (e.g., suppressed listings, chargebacks, content errors)Launch and manage campaigns such as Lightning Deals, coupons, and sponsored placements on marketplacesMonitor performance metrics including sales velocity, Buy Box wins, return rates, and customer feedback Shopify-Specific Operations:Oversee product onboarding, merchandising strategy, and landing page CROCollaborate with the development team to implement apps and integrations that enhance conversion and AOVDrive subscription adoption for cloud services and consumablesPaid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads):Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns focused on ROAS, CAC, and conversion optimizationExecute full-funnel campaign strategies across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and MetaConduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audiencesMonitor budgets, KPIs, and ad performance, generating insights and monthly reportingCollaborate with designers and content creators to align visual assets with campaign objectivesAnalytics, Reporting & Strategy:Own ecommerce and ad performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar toolsProvide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insightsQualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing rolesProven success managing Shopify and at least two marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy)Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)Proficient in using ecommerce tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)Experience managing digital product content, pricing strategy, inventory sync tools, and fulfillment processesExceptional organizational and project management skillsBonus: Experience with pet products, subscription-based ecommerce, or smart home tech
