Key Responsibilities Review complex investment banking challenges and convert them into actionable stepwise projects. Conduct interviews with senior bankers and execution bankers and summarize/document key insights. Assist project management leads in converting core financial language to actionable Data/Tech projects. Advise and educate data scientists and engineers on Financial Analysis and Valuation Methodologies Ensure building functional QA for global filings (such as 20-Fs), GDRs, ADRs, options dilution etc. Build and maintain a taxonomy for company entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data analysis. Expert-level understanding of advanced ratio analysis and valuation techniques (comps, DCF, LBO etc.) Manage client relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Document project progress, business processes, and data requirements meticulously. Key Competencies MBA/CA/CFA 3+ years of experience in the Investment banking space Hands-on experience in front-office M&A / ECM / DCM support for senior and execution bankers Experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the investment banking sector. Experience with market data analysis and financial datasets. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a business and technical aptitude. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
