It brings together digital payments, wallet services, and cross-chain infrastructure into one seamless, mobile-first experience for both users and merchants.As we scale our presence in the fintech and Web3 ecosystem, we are hiring a Brand Manager to lead and grow bepay’s brand identity, craft viral campaigns, and build strong emotional connections with users globally.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Brand Manager with a proven track record in managing teams and building iconic brands, preferably in fintech, Web3, or D2C consumer products. You will lead the strategy and execution of branding, viral marketing, and user engagement initiatives, working closely with marketing, design, and product teams. Ideal for someone who can inspire and lead a creative team while driving data-backed decisions for brand growth in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpointsCoordinate with a cross-functional team of designers, content creators, and marketers to execute branding initiativesConceptualize and deliver viral marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retentionCraft compelling narratives for fintech and Web3 users, translating technical concepts into relatable messagingOversee social media, community engagement, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reachDesign and write engaging push notifications, in-app messages, and microcopy to delight users and encourage actions.Analyze user insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to refine branding effortsEnsure alignment of visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and offline assetsCollaborate with product and growth teams to build a strong emotional connection with users and merchantsMust-Have Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in brand management, with at least 2 years leading creative/marketing teamsProven success in building and scaling D2C brands or fintech products with high user engagementStrong understanding of fintech and Web3 ecosystems, including crypto, wallets, and digital paymentsExperience creating and executing viral or growth marketing campaignsExcellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to blend creativity with data-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with influencer/KOL marketing, community building, and digital brand activationsNice to HavePrior experience in a fast-growing startup or scaling a brand globallyExposure to Web3 communities, DAOs, or blockchain-native audiencesStrong network of creative agencies, influencers, and brand collaboratorsIdeal Candidate ProfileA strong man-manager who can inspire and guide high-performing teamsCreative thinker with a passion for fintech and Web3 innovationData-savvy leader who understands how to balance brand storytelling with measurable business outcomesStartup-ready mindset: hands-on, adaptable, and results-drivenApplication InstructionsTo apply, please send your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a short note on your experience with branding in fintech, Web3, or D2C products to
