Manager / Sr. Executive – Sales, Marketing & Business Development will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships within the Inks or Paints industry at a regional or PAN India level. Responsibilities Handle sales of raw materials (Emulsions, Resins, Additives, Pigments) for Inks or Paints industry at Regional or PAN India level. Act as a Techno-Commercial representative, balancing technical knowledge with business objectives. Maintain and develop strong relationships with purchase and technical departments of clients. Ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers and maintain collection discipline. Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, Production, and Supply Chain for sales order tracking and fulfillment. Frequently travel to meet customers, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions. Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence. Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables. Qualifications B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong network and contacts in the Inks or Paints industry. Proactive, self-motivated, and result driven. Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs. Preferred Skills Experience in sales of raw materials in the Chemicals industry. Ability to balance technical and commercial aspects effectively.
