Key Responsibilities Business Understanding & Solutioning Engage with clients/stakeholders to define analytics roadmaps. Translate business problems into ML, DL, or GenAI-driven analytical solutions. Participate in pre-sales activities, including creating pitch decks, framing solutions, and presenting to clients. Modeling & AI Development Develop models for Prediction, Forecast, Segmentation, Churn, CLV, Recommendation Systems. Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Transformers, Autoencoders. Implement scalable AI/ML pipelines with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD). Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor 5–10+ data scientists. Work with engineering, product, and client teams to integrate AI in workflows. Knowledge Sharing & Mindset Promote a learning culture; share knowledge across the team. Coach junior ML members and foster collaboration.
