About the Role: Senior SecOps Engineer We are looking for a technically strong and collaborative SOC Engineer to enhance and scale our cyber defence operations. This role focuses on technical leadership across incident response, detection engineering, SOAR, and red team defence strategies—while aligning operations with industry frameworks and cloud-native SaaS environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead P1/P2 incident lifecycle and RCA reporting with executive-level visibility • Manage tool/vendor selection, MSSP performance, and SLA tracking • Ensure SOC maturity aligns with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 • Define and evolve SOC Playbooks, SOPs, and automation strategies aligned with NIST-CSF • Optimize tooling across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and forensic platforms • Build dashboards and KPIs for detection coverage, MTTR, and SOC efficiency • Drive red team defense strategy, detection improvements, and response simulations • Integrate Threat Intelligence sources into triage and enrichment workflows • Enhance detection across Kubernetes, APIs, IAM, and SaaS environments • Explore AI-driven enrichment and adaptive response (agentic AI as a plus) Must-Have Skills: • Hands-on expertise in SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat hunting, and forensic investigation • Strong knowledge of red vs. blue team dynamics and defense use-case development • Experience in security architecture for SaaS/cloud-native environments • Familiarity with NIST-CSF and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally Nice-to-Have: Kubernetes runtime detection experience Python/Bash scripting for enrichment Agentic AI or LLM-based detection enrichment What We Offer Competitive Salary – We recognize and reward great talent.
