Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – VMware Experience: 2-4 years Reports to: Sales Manager / Inside Sales Head Budget: open Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support VMware solutions. This role will focus on lead qualification, pipeline building, and closing SMB to mid-market deals in collaboration with field sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for VMware solutions. Engage with prospects and customers via phone, email, and web meetings. Understand and promote VMware's portfolio: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Horizon, and Tanzu. Collaborate with Channel Partners and Distributors to drive business. Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly). Maintain CRM (Salesforce or similar) with accurate data and follow-up actions. Key Skills and Requirements: 3-6 years of B2B Inside Sales experience in IT products or services (preferably virtualization, cloud, or security solutions). Prior experience in handling VMware product sales or licensing is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Familiarity with channel partner sales models (Dell, Ingram, Redington, etc.). Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. A bachelor's degree in business or IT is preferred.
