RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicating with customers as per given KPIs; making outbound calls & emails to potential customers, and channeling leads to Business Development Manager (BDM) and Channel Manager. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required. Understanding customers'; needs and identifying sales opportunities. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers whilst updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up required. Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized, and professional. ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement.
