Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales Recruitment to lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for field sales roles across the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector . The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep understanding of industry hiring practices, and a proven track record in closing sales positions efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales positions (Medical Representatives, Area Sales Managers, etc.) across various geographies. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other channels. Coordinate and conduct initial interviews; schedule further rounds with business stakeholders. Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate their performance. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Maintain accurate hiring trackers, recruitment metrics, and dashboards. Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks. Support employer branding initiatives for attracting top sales talent. Documentation & Onboarding of sale teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred). 6–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for sales roles in Pharma or FMCG sectors only. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media. Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics. Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates under tight timelines. Knowledge of industry-specific nuances, including regional hiring challenges and sales role expectations.
