Lxme is looking for a Money Coach to inspire, educate, and empower our community of women to take charge of their money with confidence. About Lxme: Lxme is India’s first financial platform for women, offering financial learning, lending, and investment options through one app. Funded by Kalaari Capital-CXXO initiative, Lxme aims to empower financially fearless women to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Money can often feel overwhelming, and that’s where you come in. Your expertise will break down barriers, helping women learn smart money management, build wealth, and feel financially empowered. Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Money Coach, you will: Educate & Inspire – Host engaging presentations, live sessions, webinars, and events on personal financial topics including investments, budgeting, insurance, debt, tax planning, and more. Create Content & Tools – Research and develop financial content such as blogs, guides, and interactive tools to simplify complex concepts and support effective financial planning. Drive Community Engagement – Actively interact with the LXME community, answer queries with empathy, and foster a supportive, problem-solving environment. Research & Insights – Stay updated on investment products, market trends, and financial strategies, sharing relevant, actionable insights with the community. Collaborate & Support – Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Community, and Product, monitor engagement performance, support operational tasks within the community, and contribute to the growth of Lxme. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification, NISM V-A, or other relevant financial certifications. Strong knowledge of financial planning topics, including investments, insurance, debt, and tax. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts. Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about empowering women financially.
