As a for-purpose social enterprise, they merge human services with business acumen—proving the competitive advantage of inclusive employment.One of their flagship programs, the Accessibility Partner Program, empowers blind and low-vision professionals by pairing them with trained visual interpreters—Access Partners (APs)—who enable seamless, real-time support in technical work environments.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Access Partner to support a blind Data & Appliance Analyst working within a global Cloud + AI organisation.This role is not about doing the work for the client, but about enabling them to do it—bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.You'll work closely with the Analyst to provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as ADO (Azure DevOps), Azure Portals, Power BI, Excel, and Visual Studio.
