As a for-purpose social enterprise, they merge human services with business acumen—proving the competitive advantage of inclusive employment.One of their flagship programs, the Accessibility Partner Program, empowers blind and low-vision professionals by pairing them with trained visual interpreters—Access Partners (APs)—who enable seamless, real-time support in technical work environments.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Access Partner to support a blind Data & Appliance Analyst working within a global Cloud + AI organisation.This role is not about doing the work for the client, but about enabling them to do it—bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.You'll work closely with the Analyst to provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as ADO (Azure DevOps), Azure Portals, Power BI, Excel, and Visual Studio. The client uses JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Navigation & Workflow SupportAssist in navigating Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure PortalsRaise pull requestsIdentify code changesFilter dashboardsTrack and update tasksVisual Interpretation & Data SummarizationProvide quick, accurate reads of Power BI dashboards, Excel files, and code diffsEfficiently locate changes or updates in UI layouts and data setsAccessibility & Presentation EnablementConvert visual assets (e.g., charts, screenshots, dashboards) into screen-reader-friendly or text-based formatsAssist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, integrating Excel data, charts, and visualsFollow up on inaccessible materials (e.g., unlabelled images, videos, or graphs)Communication & CoordinationSummarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team membersMaintain clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbalSkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Familiarity with:ADO (Azure DevOps) and Azure PortalPower BI and Excel (including filtering and data analysis)Visual Studio and basic code structure understandingExcellent visual interpretation skills (charts, dashboards, UI layouts)Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and follow-up skillsComfortable working in high-speed technical environments with urgency and frequent task-switching.Working Conditions:Ability to work at a computer for up to 8 hours daily, and assist clients with accessibility needs both remotely and in-person.Remote role.10am – 7pm IST – with some late evenings due to calls with USA.Salary & BenefitsStarting salary ₹1,710,966 - ₹2,566,449Performance review conducted every year.Travel & accommodation provided.Laptop provided and one-time office equipment reimbursement.Partial phone bill reimbursed.Dedication Professional Development Fund.
