Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Allianz Services India. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Key Responsibilities: Managing direct relationship with all clients and the peers' offices of Allianz Services and ensure that their requirements are met on time Managing the CEO’s calendar and ensuring smooth functioning of the office Efficiently manage high profile visits on behalf of the CEO office Collaborating with various divisions within Az Services for effective management of day-to-day operations Collaboratively working with all the business pillars, support functions and external contacts professionally and effectively and ensuring that the management requirements are met on time and handled effectively Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting high-level executives Confidentiality to its highest esteem is expected in the overall areas of work Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptionally proactive, strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Networking skills and ability to represent the CEO professionally. Proficiency in using calendar management tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Excellent PPT skills mandatory Ability to work under different priorities and ensuring smooth operations even during challenging situations Flexibility in working hours to align with the CEO's schedule and addressing urgent tasks promptly
